Overview:
Our client is well established consulting engineering firm that isa national pioneer in the development of net zero energy buildings. They arecurrently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team within the Boston market!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of HVAC systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local building codes.
• Conduct load calculations, energy modeling, and simulations to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with the electrical and plumbing engineering teams to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, from conceptual design through construction and commissioning phases.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institution
• 10+ years experience in MEP
• PE or EIT
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• REVIT/AutoCAD software experience
