Conductix-Wampfler GmbH is seeking a Senior Mechanical Development Engineer for HV Battery Modules to design battery housings, module integration, and mounting concepts for high‑voltage systems. You will define thermal management, sealing, venting, and safety concepts, and lead mechanical validation from prototyping to industrialization.

The role requires a degree in mechanical engineering and several years of experience in battery or energy storage systems, with strong knowledge of design,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in industrial battery systems or other energy storage systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, thermal management, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to drive product development from concept through validation to handover to production and engineering teams.
• Structured and hands-on working style with strong communication skills and experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
