Our team of experts combines technical excellence with a collaborative, client-focused approach to deliver exceptional outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Designer or Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Northern California team, based in either San Francisco or Sacramento. This individual will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex mechanical building systems, partnering closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to develop innovative solutions for projects throughout Northern California. This is a hybrid position based in either the San Francisco or Sacramento, CA areas, involving primarily working from home, client site visits throughout Northern California, and occasional presence in our San Francisco or Sacramento offices as needed for project collaboration and team-building activities.
Approximately 10–15% travel, primarily within the Northern California region based on project assignments.

The typical salary range for a Senior Mechanical Designer or Engineer in San Francisco or Sacramento, CA is $100,000-$211,000. We are committed to equitable pay and will evaluate final compensation based on relevant experience and skills in alignment with internal equity and market data.
