Sargent & Lundy seeks an experienced mechanical designer to develop 3D plant layout drawings and lead the detail design process for multi‑disciplined teams at the Duane Arnold Energy Center. The role includes mentoring junior staff, coordinating piping isometrics, and validating interfaces across equipment and supports.
The position may start remote with possible later hybrid work arrangement, requiring onsite presence during design phases and field data collection as needed.
This position will require onsite support at the Duane Arnold Energy Center supporting project needs. This will start out as a remote position but could change to a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.

Sargent & Lundy discloses compensation ranges that comply with all local and state regulations.
