Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Active Professional Engineering License is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Advanced understanding of building codes and standards.
• Proficiency in design software (CAD, calculation tools).
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of all MEP calculations and design.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to design mechanical systems and products.
• Develop and test prototypes of designed mechanical components.
• Analyze mechanical systems using FEA for structural, thermo-dynamic, and mechanical scenarios.
• Develop and design calculation tools for the Engineering Group.
• Ensure designs meet safety standards and codes.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare product reports by collecting and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
