Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design with automotive components.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA analysis tools.
Strong understanding of automotive materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards (ISO/TS 16949).

Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components for automotive applications using 3D CAD.
Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analyses using FEA tools.
Create manufacturing drawings, specifications, and tolerances for production.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers on DFM/DFA.
Support testing and validation activities and implement design improvements.
Coordinate with QA and program management to meet project objectives.
