Job summary

Jobtailor in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an experienced Design Engineer to design, model, and test prototypes for products, and to develop research-driven design proposals.

You will use CAD tools to create concepts, layout equipment, perform calculations, and collaborate with the Engineering team to meet production schedules while applying SolidWorks, GD&T, and MS Office. Five or more years of design engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field are required.

Qualifications

• At least five years of design engineering experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks and GD&T.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Ability to make equipment layouts and perform basic engineering calculations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience in an engineering design role may be accepted.
