Salary/Benefits
  • $90,000-$135,000+ depending on experience and licensure

What You’ll Do
  • Lead HVAC and plumbing design for commercial building projects
  • Develop construction documents and technical specifications
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and engineering teams
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
  • Participate in project planning, design reviews, and quality control
  • Support commissioning and project execution efforts when needed
  • Help drive innovation and continuous improvement within the firm
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through construction while working directly with clients and project teams

What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications
  • FE certification
  • Proven experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings
  • Strong understanding of VRF, hydronic, and DX HVAC systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (5+ years)
  • Professional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to pass a military background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • PE license in mechanical engineering preferred
  • Revit experience (5+ years)
  • Previous leadership, mentoring, or staff development experience
  • Commissioning experience
