Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking a Mechanical Construction Superintendent to oversee complex mechanical construction projects on-site.

The role requires extensive leadership of field teams, coordination with Project Managers, and strict adherence to safety standards to meet schedules and specifications. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in mechanical systems, construction trades, and safety programs, with a proven track record in supervising diverse crews and reading

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with mechanical systems.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction.
• 10+ years of knowledge of construction trades, materials, and industry practices.
• 10+ years of experience with construction safety programs.
• 10+ years of experience reading and interpreting construction documents.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, labor coordination, and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field supervision and direction to construction crews, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Partner with Project Managers to coordinate labor requirements, scheduling, and project execution.
• Ensure construction activities progress according to project plans, specifications, and client expectations.
• Maintain compliance with company safety programs, industry regulations, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
• Coordinate daily construction activities to support productivity, quality, and successful project completion.
• Provide leadership and guidance to field personnel throughout the construction process.
