The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in mechanical construction or similar fields. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience, particularly in HVAC or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in Mechanical Construction, HVAC, Process Piping, MEP, or related industries.
• Strong budgeting, estimating, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
• Lead project planning and execution activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
