Job summary

The successful candidate will manage Project Managers, ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets, and uphold site safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial mechanical or plumbing construction projects.
• Experience managing projects with a minimum contract value of $20M.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Oversee construction projects, ensuring specifications, budgets, and schedules are met.
• Conduct pre-construction and post-construction meetings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain safety for all personnel.
