Job summary

FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a senior leader in Corporate Finance & Restructuring to originate new business and manage high‑level client relationships in the Boston area.

The role focuses on strategic, operational, financial and capital needs across client engagements. The candidate should bring extensive experience in selling and delivering consulting services, strong leadership, and the ability to develop teams while guiding complex projects and managing risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant business transformation consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• CPA, CIRA, CTP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to clients and FTI offices.

Responsibilities

• Originate at least $4 million in annual sales of consulting services.
• Lead cross selling initiatives and collaborate with practice leadership.
• Build, cultivate and manage client relationships while expanding the portfolio.
• Demonstrate leadership, recruit and develop client service personnel.
• Oversee project management, risk management and engagement deliverables.
• Provide strategic insights to guide project direction and outcomes.
