Qualifications

• Experience as SME in SysML within MBSE.
• Experience leading a systems/software team.
• Active U.S. citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Systems Engineering Technical Lead for a simulation team across engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership to design, develop, integrate, test, verify, and deliver compliant systems.
• Oversee MBSE design maturation for a Mission Crew Training Device through major milestones.
• Build a System-of-Systems architecture using SysML in MBSE.
• Contribute to System/Software architecture for an aircraft Simulator Training System.
• Coordinate with Software, Electrical, and Mechanical engineers to define and update designs.
• Work in an Agile program environment with backlog management and cross-team coordination.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and dependencies and ensure program execution.
• Support risk management, scheduling, and cost control to meet deliverables.
• Present technical briefs and status to stakeholders including customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve challenges and drive engineering execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop SE talent through coaching and knowledge transfer.
