Job summary

Arenatechnologies is seeking a Solution-Level Software System Engineer to support the PAE Fires Integrated Fires Mission Command project. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a STEM field and an active SECRET security clearance, as well as 10+ years of experience in system engineering. The engineer will work collaboratively with military, civilians, and contractors to deliver solutions using Model-Based Systems Engineering and Agile methodologies. Strong skills in MagicDraw, Jira, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance.
• 10+ years of system engineering or related experience.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering.
• Proficiency in MagicDraw.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Solutions System Engineering Team prioritizing capabilities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop concepts using MBSE.
• Assemble artifacts into Solutions Initiative Documents and Engineering Documents.
• Model capability behavior using MagicDraw.
• Facilitate and lead reviews of initiatives/capabilities.
