Job summary

Arcfield in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking an on-site Principal Model-Based Systems Engineer to lead federated SysML modeling across classification levels using Teamwork Cloud (TWC).

You will serve as the SME for model management and coordinate with system architects and IT to ensure consistent usage across hundreds of projects. The role requires expertise in MBSE tools (SysML, Cameo, NoMagic, MagicDraw) and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in a technical field with MBSE focus.
• Experience with SysML modeling tools and standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the model management SME for Teamwork Cloud across classifications.
• Administer and maintain federated SysML models across levels.
• Ensure up-to-date, consistent usage across hundreds of projects.
• Troubleshoot Cameo Systems Modeler and TWC issues to minimize disruption.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and environment access.
• Implement and maintain standard workflows and templates for SysML modeling.
• Collaborate with system architects, project teams, and IT to resolve challenges.
