Qualifications

• Strong writing and briefing skills for leadership.
• Certifications in AI, Systems engineering or software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead value modeling and flip-point methodology for decision options.
• Direct SysML v2 model integration with MBSE tools and data flow.
• Define requirements, constraints, risks and review criteria for decisions.
• Codify bias checks and readiness thresholds for sign-off.
• Specify AI agent questions to support but not compute decisions.
