The successful candidate will collaboratively work in a dynamic environment, requiring a strong background in systems engineering and 10 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• BS/MS in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in aerospace and defense industry or proven high performance.
• Proficiency in employing MBSE principles and using tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw.
• Experience with Agile processes and requirements management tools like DOORS or Jama.
• Knowledge of FAA and/or Military Certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and completion of engineering projects.
• Provide independent review to ensure subsystem designs compatibility.
• Create system design documents and specifications.
• Coordinate system integration and testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
