Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) seeks an experienced MBSE Sr. Principal Digital Engineer to lead development and maturation of Digital Engineering solutions for defense, civilian, and national security missions in San Diego, CA.

On-site work with up to 10% travel required. You will advance MBSE, digital engineering, and SoS capabilities, using SysML and tools like Cameo/MagicDraw or Rhapsody, while mentoring teams and ensuring coherence across architecture, requirements, CONOPS,

Formación

Bachelor's degree with extensive defense/NS experience or higher degrees with substantial related work.
Active TS clearance eligibility and US citizenship.
Proven MBSE/Digital Engineering experience across defense, civilian, or national security domains.
Advanced MBSE tools and frameworks: SysML, UPDM, UML, UAF.
Leadership with ability to guide architecture, requirements, CONOPS, and verification activities.

Responsabilidades

Lead development and execution of MBSE and digital engineering for complex military systems.
Model systems and SoS architectures using MBSE techniques and tools.
Promote best practices in mission engineering and digital engineering.
Brief progress and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Mentor teams on MBSE standards and methodologies.
Support lifecycle processes: architecture, requirements, CONOPS, interfaces, verification.
Contribute to business development through proposals and customer engagement.
