Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Senior Maximo Consultant to lead enterprise-scale data migrations and transform asset data for MAS implementations. You will shape data strategy, govern hierarchies, and oversee large migration workstreams across ERP, GIS, and operational systems.

You will collaborate with client SMEs, drive data quality, and define migration architectures leveraging cloud platforms to support modernization programs in transportation and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Maximo/MAS platform and enterprise data migrations.
• Proven leadership in large-scale data migration projects.
• Strong ETL/ELT tooling and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Maximo data migration strategy across discovery, profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Design migration frameworks for multi-million record datasets.
• Define data quality standards, governance controls, and reconciliation processes.
