Job summary

Omniscius seeks a Senior Maximo Application Developer to design, configure, and enhance IBM Maximo applications supporting enterprise operations. You will lead technical efforts, develop integrations using REST APIs, LDAP/SSO, and OSLC, and ensure security compliance.

You will mentor teams, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to modernize business processes and deliver scalable solutions in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required; 12+ years of software development experience preferred.
• Four additional years of experience may substitute for a degree; master's degree may substitute for two years.
• Extensive experience with COTS enterprise applications such as IBM Maximo, ERP, EAM, CRM, or other asset management platforms.
• Strong experience configuring, customizing, or developing enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, customization, and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions for enterprise operations.
• Configure and develop workflows, automation scripts, UI components, integrations, security roles, and enhancements.
• Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions; mentor junior developers.
