GE HealthCare in El Paso, TX is seeking an on-site Master Scheduler / Materials Lead to drive Lean/Six Sigma changes in material flow. You will manage Materials Specialists, Planners, and warehouse staff, aligning cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and supplier performance.
The role requires 2–3 years in master scheduling or supply chain, leadership experience, and bilingual Spanish. Travel minimal; on-site employment with strong collaboration across Sourcing and Engineering functions.
Work strategically to drive physical and systematic changes in the material flow process by deploying Lean / Six Sigma methodology. Manage group of Materials Specialists and/or Materials Planners / Warehouse associates.
