Job summary

Biogen, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Materials Handler II to manage receipt, weighing, and dispensing of GMP items, and to oversee material flow supporting production.

You will verify inventory against specs, process move orders, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will use the WMS and MES to process orders, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate shipping of drug substances while maintaining clean, organized warehouse and dispensary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years in materials management, warehouse operations or inventory roles.
• Proficient with electronic inventory systems and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Receive GMP items and verify counts, vendor numbers and expiration dates.
• Process move orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform quality control sample shipments per procedures.
• Operate powered industrial trucks safely.
• Weigh and dispense using MES per procedures.
