Job summary

IGT is seeking a Material Handler IV in Las Vegas to manage finished goods storage, movement, and distribution. This senior role requires deep expertise in warehouse operations and driving inventory accuracy to meet customer orders and audits.

You will train teammates, lead by example, and collaborate with supervisors on workflow, safety, and continuous improvement. Experience with SAP/WMS and material handling equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
• Advanced understanding of finished goods management.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, and RF scanners.
• Certified or experienced with materials handling equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, store, and distribute finished goods inventory.
• Perform advanced inventory transactions in SAP or WMS.
• Coordinate order fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and shipment errors.
• Train and mentor Material Handlers I-III.
• Support workflow planning and labor balancing.
• Serve as escalation point for inventory, shipment, and system issues.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
