Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Senior Material Handler to support materials processing and paperwork at the Newtown, CT facility. You will oversee outbound material, prioritize parts and manage software keys, ensuring timely shipments to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in Material Handling, Inventory Control, and/or Inventory Management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Timely processing of outbound material to the field.
• Analyze material and prioritize dispositioning of parts.
• Handle Software key requests: receive, verify, and issue keys.
• Ensure accurate, timely ASML shipments to customers.
• Manage daily emergency and priority orders for customers.
• Report on production progress, delays and causes; escalate as needed.
• Ensure information and material flows align with processes and plans.
• Initiate improvements and participate in cross‑sector optimization projects.
