Rehlko, located in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is seeking a Senior Materials & Inventory Coordinator to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and alignment with production schedules. The role involves coordinating production orders, monitoring shortages, and maintaining SAP/ERP transactions to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Release and prioritize production orders to support schedules.
• Ensure materials are available and delivered to production lines.
• Monitor material shortages and coordinate recovery with Purchasing, Scheduling, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate WIP and inventory transactions in SAP/ERP.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Support training of Material Handlers.
• Support annual physical inventory and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of material flow and inventory accuracy.
