Job summary

Jobtailor in Houston, TX is seeking an Operations Analyst to strengthen reporting and performance analytics across services and projects.

You will maintain databases, develop metrics and scorecards, analyze performance data and root causes, and create reports, graphs and dashboards to support business decisions. Experience with SAP data extraction and advanced Excel is a plus, along with Warehouse Management Systems and order management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2 years of supply chain or logistics experience.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Experience extracting data from SAP and using Excel/Access for reports.
• Advanced Excel with macros.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order management apps.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in comprehensive supply chain or logistics
• Expertise in preparing, importing, and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ability to extract system data from SAP and utilize Excel/Access to develop reports
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros
• Experience with converting raw data into usable formats
• Support experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management applications and database systems
