Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Material Planning in Mason, OH. You will plan and coordinate material requirements, manage material transfers, and support the master production schedule to ensure timely deliveries to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include ERP-based inventory control, expedites, and cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Quality, Manufacturing and Procurement to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0–2 years related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate ERP inputs to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels for direct and indirect materials.
• Coordinate material to support the master production schedule and provide financial justification.
• Expedite receipt of raw material and movement of parts between departments.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of experience

6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
