A leading biopharmaceutical company in Bothell is looking for a Material Operations Specialist, Lead to oversee supply chain processes for clinical and commercial products. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in GMP regulations, with responsibilities including on-site guidance and process improvement initiatives. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor's degree and practical experience in a manufacturing environment. Competitive hourly rates are offered.
Qualifications
2 - 6+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
2+ years of experience working with Quality Systems preferred.
2+ years of experience in project and/or program management preferred.
Responsibilities
Provides on the floor support, guidance, and leadership to staff.
Coordinates cross functionally with customer groups on workflow activities.
Leads cross-functional initiatives to ensure clinical and commercial readiness.
Supports continuous process improvement projects within the department.
Skills
Proficient knowledge of current GMP regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of quality management systems – Veeva Vault preferred
Highly organized with self-initiative
Microsoft Office Suite experience required
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, information systems, business management, or related fields
