Job summary

A leading biopharmaceutical company in Bothell is looking for a Material Operations Specialist, Lead to oversee supply chain processes for clinical and commercial products. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in GMP regulations, with responsibilities including on-site guidance and process improvement initiatives. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor's degree and practical experience in a manufacturing environment. Competitive hourly rates are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 - 6+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience working with Quality Systems preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project and/or program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides on the floor support, guidance, and leadership to staff.
• Coordinates cross functionally with customer groups on workflow activities.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives to ensure clinical and commercial readiness.
• Supports continuous process improvement projects within the department.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of current GMP regulations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of quality management systems – Veeva Vault preferred

Highly organized with self-initiative

Microsoft Office Suite experience required

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, information systems, business management, or related fields
