Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Boca Raton is seeking a Senior Material Handler to lead accurate dispensing of raw materials for production. You will verify labels, document processes, and ensure safety and quality standards while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
  • 2–3 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
  • Comfortable around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
  • Flexible to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Dispense raw materials according to specifications.
  • Verify labels and document dispensing processes.
  • Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies.
  • Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision.
  • Support overflow tasks and collaborate across departments.
  • Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts.
  • Mentor peers and support a positive team environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
  • Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
  • Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This role operates on the 2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 3:00-11:30pm.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Senior Material Handler,you’llleadtheaccuratedispensing and handling of raw materials to support production.You’llverifylabels, document processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.You’llalso mentor team members,assistwith inventory adjustments, and helpmaintaina clean, organized workspace. Your attention to detail and leadership help us deliver the products people love — safely and consistently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 2–3 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred
  • Able tolift upto 50lbsand move throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
