Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years in distribution, logistics or supply chain, Lean methods.
- Mobile automation experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Strong project tracking and planning skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Support Central Materials team in lean material flow and automation.
- Integrate automation with material replenishment systems.
- Lead automation projects across manufacturing sites, including PM and training.
- Direct other material flow engineers to meet timelines and objectives.
- Develop, launch and validate multi-site material automation projects.
- Manage automation budgets for the Central Materials team.
- Evaluate and optimize material handling processes before automation.
