Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension and brake systems.
• Ability to test systems and components for proper operation.
• Experience driving/testing vehicles and using diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension and brake problems.
• Test systems to ensure proper operation.
• Drive vehicles for testing or use diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in diagnostics and repairs.
• Follow checklists to inspect critical vehicle parts.
• Inspect hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, and related items.
• Use power tools to remove bolts and rebuild components.
• Use machine tools to service brakes.
• Utilize common hand tools for small parts work.
• Prepare vehicle damage repair estimates.
