Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a Master Technician to lead the shop, diagnose complex automotive issues, and mentor others. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and high-quality repairs to keep drivers safe on the road.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of advanced repair experience, Section 609 certification, and ASE credentials; state inspection license is a plus. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced automotive repair experience.
• Section 609 Certification required; State Inspection license if applicable.
• 8+ ASE certifications preferred (A1–A8).
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair drivability, brakes, suspension, engines, electrical, and systems.
• Perform tasks across technician levels and mentor teammates.
• Educate customers on issues and solutions.
• Lead by example, drive productivity and quality.
• Keep the shop organized, safe, and running smoothly.
