Precision Tune Auto Care in Lakewood, WA is seeking an experienced Master Technician to lead our shop and deliver exceptional customer service. You will diagnose and repair drivability, brakes, engines, electrical systems and more while mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of advanced automotive repair experience.
- Section 609 Certification and applicable state license.
- 8+ ASE certifications preferred (A1–A8).
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and customer service skills.
- Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair drivability, brakes, suspension, engines, electrical and A/C.
- Lead technicians, mentor peers and drive productivity.
- Educate customers on issues and solutions.
- Keep shop safe, organized, and running smoothly.
