Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to consult with guests, deliver high‑quality hair services, and drive sales while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

You will work with the Experience Manager and the team to build client relationships, stay updated on trends, and participate in in-store events and promotions. A Cosmetology license and prior salon experience are required, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, and makeup applications where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate products to guests and support in-store events, promotions and guest experience initiatives.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in line with state guidelines.
