Qualifications

• 6 years poultry processing/sales/marketing experience.
• 3 years experience in Master Scheduling with a preference in Poultry Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Poultry Science or related field, or 4 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a master schedule balancing supply and demand for raw materials and plant capacities, overseeing Finished Goods scheduling.
• Lead a cross-departmental team and drive improvements using MRP and BI insights.
• Manage production, inventory and logistics planning with contract manufacturers and coordinate with sales and operations planning.
• Analyze demand and supply balance, identify out-of-balance conditions and propose actions for approval.
• Summarize daily/weekly master schedules and ensure alignment with S&OP guidelines and policies.
