Job summary

You’ll collaborate with production planning, supply chain and engineering to align schedules with demand, report capacity levels to leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM certification preferred.
• 3–10 years of master scheduling, production scheduling or capacity planning in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a master production schedule to balance workloads and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with production planners, team leads, supply chain and engineering to align schedules with demand forecasts.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Monitor plant capacity levels and provide recommendations to address constraints.
• Create and present reports to upper management on capacity, performance, and utilization.
