What you’ll do:

• Develop innovative flavor solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives, including flavor creation, matching, and concept development.
• Collaborate closely with Application, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver successful customer solutions and technical support.
• Contribute to the Flavorist Training Program by teaching training modules, with the potential to lead the program on a regional or global level.
• Provide technical expertise and flavor creation support to internal and external customers, including participation in customer visits and travel to support global business needs.
• Participate in sensory evaluation panels, SFC meetings, and other technical initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership potential, including the opportunity to manage a Flavor Creation team.

What you’ll bring:

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $230,000 USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well‑being of our employees and their families.

This position is also eligible for performance‑based incentive pay.
