Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of employment law experience, including wage-and-hour claims.
• Experience with mass arbitrations and PAGA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle mass arbitration cases, primarily wage and hour violations.
• Apply knowledge of California Labor Code to develop strategy and damages.
• Contribute to all phases of arbitration, including discovery and brief drafting.
• Review and ensure quality of arbitration documents.
• Develop workflows and templates to support large caseloads.
• Collaborate with intake, pre-litigation, and operations teams.
• Monitor arbitration providers' rules and batch arbitration protocols.
• Represent the firm in arbitration hearings when needed.
