BairesDev is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to lead the development of marketing strategies that position our brand, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role combines market research, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to translate insights into impactful programs.

You will work remotely with a global team, defining go-to-market approaches for new products, collaborating with brand, content, demand generation, and sales, and establishing measurement

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience turning market data and customer insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to develop go-to-market plans and marketing frameworks for complex products or services.
• Experience collaborating across marketing disciplines and influencing decisions at a senior level.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategic marketing decisions.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Define go-to-market approaches for new products, services, and market segments.
• Collaborate with brand, content, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure strategic coherence across all programs.
• Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
