Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive multi-channel deployment and translate segment strategy into actionable plans. You will collaborate with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to pursue growth opportunities and optimize pricing, portfolio value, and market intelligence. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, with U.S.

work authorization. Some travel may be required; relocation is not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and demand generation.
• Ensure communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness and growth.
• Partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build understanding of market dynamics, pricing, and formulation value to support margin expansion and growth.
• Partner with TS&D to prioritize and advance key portfolio projects with broad market opportunities.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends within the organization.
