• Doctorate, or equivalent, with 2+ years in marketing, sales, or commercial operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive integrated campaigns.
• Experience in HCP or patient marketing in pharma/biotech is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead HCP non-personal promotional strategy and execution for the U.S. prostate cancer asset.
• Design compliant campaigns across priority digital and non-personal channels; translate strategy into actions.
• Partner with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal and other teams to coordinate experiences.
• Lead customer journey mapping, segmentation, and test-and-learn plans.
• Establish performance management and communicate progress to senior leaders.
• Manage agencies and budgets to maintain quality, speed, and compliance.
