Edelman is seeking a highly organized Senior Marketing Manager to join the U.S. Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of U.S.

Marketing, this role provides execution support across marketing disciplines, with exposure to campaigns, executive communications, thought leadership, partnerships, events, digital marketing, and internal communications. The role requires strong organization, proactive mindset, and the ability to drive work forward with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing, communications, or integrated marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute priority U.S. marketing initiatives across campaigns, executive communications, thought leadership, partnerships, events, internal communications, and digital marketing.
• Translate strategic direction into workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines across multiple initiatives.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders and remove blockers.
• Coordinate deliverables across teams while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Prepare executive communications and materials with attention to detail.
