Job summary

ML Gruppe in Germany is seeking a marketing professional to join our Go-to-Market team. You will own and advance the AI-based outreach platform, crafting prompts, workflows, and quality rules to improve outreach.

You will plan campaigns with sales, optimize SEO/SEA, manage the company website, coordinate specialist articles, and work with cross-functional teams. A strong German language level (C1) and fluent English are required, and a permanent contract with 30 days vacation awaits.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience building AI-supported workflows, automations, or marketing processes.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEA and modern search technologies.
• Experience operating and expanding company websites with CMS, tracking and consent management.
• Experience planning, managing and assuring content quality.
• Proficient with digital marketing tools and data structures.
• Excellent communication skills, German C1 and English fluency.

• Experience in planning, management and quality assurance of content
• Technical understanding of digital marketing tools, data structures and system landscapes
• Excellent communication skills (German min. at C1 level and confident English)
