Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Marketing to develop and execute commercial strategies for REZPEG, a first-in-class Treg therapy targeting atopic dermatitis and alopecia areata. The role offers hybrid or remote work with up to 25% travel.

You will build brand fundamentals, lead alopecia areata launch strategy, translate clinical evidence into credible commercial narratives, and design pre-launch market research while coordinating with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and

Qualifications

BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in biopharma commercial roles, with at least 5 in brand/product marketing.
Experience in pre-launch and launch phases, particularly in immunology, dermatology, or immune-mediated diseases.
Strong scientific fluency and market research expertise.
Knowledge of U.S. promotional regulations; proven leadership in building brand strategies from foundational insights.

Responsibilities

Build brand fundamentals—including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign plans.
Lead alopecia areata launch strategy.
Translate clinical evidence into credible commercial narratives.
Design pre-launch market research.
Monitor competitive landscape.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Regulatory teams.
Manage agency/vendor relationships and marketing budget.
Contribute to launch readiness and executive presentations.
