Qualifications

• 5+ years building marketing segmentations in Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL queries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Travel up to 20% may be required; work authorization in the U.S. required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess market opportunities using data-driven methodologies.
• Develop customer segments and reusable market definitions for campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on audience and segmentation strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Mentor others and share knowledge across teams.
