Job summary

General Services Corporation in Richmond, VA is seeking a Marketing professional for a 100% onsite role. You will develop knowledge of current marketing initiatives, execute strategic campaigns, manage multi-channel content, and support departmental operations to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

Responsibilities include creative input, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring ROI across campaigns, signage, and social media.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
2–4 years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
Experience in multi-channel campaigns, content development, and project coordination is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct communications with customers, prospects, residents, or coworkers per the Company’s Customer Service Program and philosophy.
Manage multiple projects with timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Provide creative input and administrative support across marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain brand consistency.
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Prepare agendas and document action plans for Marketing Cabinet and Committee meetings.
