We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and business development efforts across Rincon's environmental consulting practice. This role is ideal for an experienced AEC marketing professional who enjoys coordinating and producing high-quality proposals, collaborating with technical experts, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Working closely with Proposal Managers, Principals, Project Managers, and technical staff, you will coordinate proposal development, support business development initiatives, and produce compelling marketing materials that position Rincon for success across transportation, energy, water, infrastructure, private development, and government markets. This role may offer a hybrid work setup, blending time in the office with remote work as business needs evolve. We enjoy coming together in person to collaborate, connect with teammates, and partner with clients, and may prioritize candidates who live within 50 miles of a Rincon office. Eligible office locations for this role include Carlsbad, Fresno, Los Angeles, Monterey, Oakland, Palm Springs, Riverside, Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, San Diego, San Jose, Santa Barbara, and Ventura. The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $85,000, plus a generous benefits program.
