You will own demo readiness, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and partners to craft compelling content and talks. The role requires explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, with a strong focus on messaging, documentation, and on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
• Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Demo Engineering & Readiness: Own demo and experience readiness by installing, configuring, and validating instances to ensure stability and smooth operation.
• Event Execution: Own on-site reliability and ensure the experience runs as designed throughout the show by monitoring performance and validating key flows.
• Content/Messaging & Documentation: Develop concepts that showcase products in engaging, experiential ways and create setup/run-of-show documentation for consistent delivery.
• Cross-functional Program Management: Lead collaboration across engineering, marketing, business development, product management, and partners to plan, build, and deliver live experiences.
