Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly every element of the services value stream. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts DistributionofCat Parts, Integrated Logistics and Global Services supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers. As a Senior Marketing Communications Consultant within Global Dealer Learning, you will lead our marketing strategy, communications, and technician growth initiatives around recruitment and retention. This position connects marketing, communications, program execution, and dealer engagement to help dealers meet their Tech Cap & Cap expectations and execute against their technician attraction, hiring, development, and retention plans. This role also serves as the global program owner for the Global Dealer Technician Challenge (GDTC), Caterpillar’s premier technician competition and recognition program. The position provides leadership across all aspects of the three‑year competition cycle, including program governance, stakeholder management, marketing strategy, communications, event execution, budget management, and business results.

This role requires schedule flexibility to support global meetings and program execution, including occasional work outside normal business hours and extended hours during peak GDTC competition periods.
This position leads the planning, development, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that support dealer technician growth plans and help dealers deliver the right technician, at the right time, to provide a superior customer service experience.

Summary Pay Range: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
