Job summary

DTCC seeks an experienced risk professional to monitor market and liquidity risks for its clearing operations. You will work with FICC/NSCC risk teams to assess margin exposures, and coordinate with Counterparty Credit Risk and Operations to mitigate risk.

The role emphasizes risk analysis, adherence to policies, and proactive communication with clients and internal teams. Hybrid work model with onsite presence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of related experience in market/ridged risk roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of margining, liquidity and credit risk concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate changes in market risk exposures, liquidity needs and settlement obligations.
• Monitor market conditions and trends to anticipate risks and impacts on margin requirements.
• Escalate emerging risks and follow established risk procedures with integrity.
• Perform day-to-day margin and risk monitoring activities per procedures.
• Develop understanding of client risk profiles to provide risk-related support.
• Collaborate with Counterparty Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, Operations, Quantitative Risk and Relationship Management.
• Educate clients on risk management tools and initiatives and integrate controls into daily work.
